Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to Bio Master TT. By accessing or subscribing to our services, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 13 years old to use this service. If you are under 18, you must have your parent or legal guardian’s permission to use the services. By creating an account, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and truthful.

  • Accounts must be registered with accurate personal information.

3. Subscription Plans & Payments

  • Standard Monthly Plan: US$37 / TT$250.

  • Premium Monthly Plan: US$55.10 / TT$350.

  • Payments may be made via offline methods (QR code, bank deposit/transfer) or online via PayPal.

  • Regular monthly subscriptions are valid for one (1) month and must be renewed to maintain access.

  • For Recurring plans, your subscription will automatically renew each month on the billing date unless you cancel before the renewal date.

  • By enrolling in a recurring subscription, you authorize Bio Master TT to charge your chosen payment method on a monthly basis until you cancel.

  • You may cancel your recurring subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us directly. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and you will retain access until that date.

4. Use of Services

  • Subscribers gain access to resources according to their plan.

  • You agree not to share, resell, or redistribute Bio Master TT content outside of personal educational use.

  • Misuse of the platform (e.g., unauthorized downloads, account sharing) may result in suspension or termination.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All materials (notes, videos, quizzes, guides, worksheets) are the intellectual property of Bio Master TT.

  • Content may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer

  • Bio Master TT provides resources “as is” and does not guarantee uninterrupted access.

  • Exam success depends on individual effort, study habits, and preparation. Bio Master TT does not guarantee specific grades or outcomes.

  • We are not liable for damages arising from use of the platform, except as required by law.

7. Privacy & Data Protection

  • Personal information (name, email, phone) is collected for subscription management and communication.

  • Data will not be shared with third parties except as required by law.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Trinidad and Tobago. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Trinidad and Tobago.

9. Changes to Terms

Bio Master TT reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
