Due to the digital nature of our products and services, all sales are generally considered final once access is granted or the download has commenced. However, in accordance with consumer protection laws in Trinidad and Tobago and the United States, we provide refunds and cancellations under the specific conditions outlined below.

2. No Automatic Refunds

Because digital products cannot be “returned,” all sales are final. Refunds will not be issued simply because a subscriber has changed their mind or failed to use the resources.

3. Mandatory Refund Exceptions (Legal Requirements)

A full refund or credit will be issued if:

• Defective Service: The digital product or service is technically faulty, corrupted, or non-functional.

• Misrepresentation: The product or service delivered differs significantly from the description provided on our website at the time of purchase.

• Non-Delivery: The service was not provided within the timeframe promised.

• Duplicate payment: If you are accidentally charged more than once for the same subscription.

• Technical access issues: If you cannot access the resources due to a verified platform error that Bio Master TT cannot resolve.

4. Courtesy Exception: Incorrect Plan Purchase

We recognize that mistakes happen. As a courtesy, we may offer a specific exception for accidental tier purchases:​

• Usage Condition: Refunds for incorrect plan purchases are only eligible if the digital content has not been downloaded, streamed, or substantially accessed/used.

• Resolution: At our discretion, we will issue a full refund to you or apply a credit toward the correct plan.

5. Subscription Cancellations (U.S. Click-to-Cancel Compliance)

In accordance with U.S. Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines, canceling your subscription is designed to be as easy as signing up:

• Method: You may cancel your recurring subscription at any time via your Account Settings page or by clicking the "Cancel" link in your billing emails.

• Timing: Cancellations will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will retain full access to the service until the end of that period. No partial refunds are provided for mid-month cancellations.

6. Refund Process & Proof of Purchase

To process any request, the following must be provided:

• Valid Receipt: In accordance with Trinidad and Tobago law, a copy of the official digital receipt sent at the time of purchase is required for all claims.

• Method of Reimbursement: All approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used.

• Processing Time: Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect on your statement, depending on your financial institution.

Bio Master TT provides high-quality resources to support your learning. However, exam success depends on individual effort, study habits, and preparation. We do not guarantee specific grades or outcomes, and refunds will not be granted on the basis of exam performance.
